Qode Trinity was launched in 2024, motivated by making a tangible impact to the IT industry through the solutions we design. Drawing on Cyber Security expertise, our team is uniquely positioned to offer advice and unlock the secrets to security-integrated IT and software solutions.
With over 30 years of combined experience in software engineering, we’ve successfully developed various systems, including encryption software and Managed Detection and Response Services during our tenure at MWR.

Identification & Planning Phase
Through a thorough collaborative discussion/s, Qode and our customer will identify the needs of the solution request and work towards finalizing a project scope. This will be a custom solution tailored to the specific customer requirements.
Our process ensures that we take the time to understand deeply the project desired outcomes, the business impact and need, and additional operational requirements to help clearly define the scope of the project.
Qode will complete a detailed proposal including scope of work, project costing, and requirements for a successful project. This will be shared with the customer for confirmation prior to project kick-off.
Project Execution Phase
- Once the scope and proposal have been confirmed, Qode will provide a project plan with proposed timelines, component status, and project risk tracking. This document will be a living document, updated throughout the project until the project close-out. The detailed project plan aims to track the success of the project, ensure stakeholders are informed and the key project milestones are achieved.
- Qode’s team of experts will kick off the project with an alignment day on the first day of engagement. Our team will work to design and implement a solution in partnership with our customer to achieve the agreed scope.
- This will also include security testing of our solutions through the build & implement process, updating based on security needs in real-time to ensure a complete solution.
- Throughout the duration of the project, there will be progress updates provided. The frequency will be determined at the start of the project. These check-ins will mostly be done over Teams, or alternatively in-person.
- Any additional work outside of scope that is identified will be documented in our project close-out document and can be incorporated into a new project scope to be agreed to and signed-off.
Project Close-Out Phase
Our Qode team will then offer support where required and work closely with our customer to circle back and start a new customer engagement process to plan for immediate recommendations, develop long-term partnership strategies, discuss maintenance of the existing systems and potential for improvements.
